Edward G. Woodlock of Stoneham passed away on Tuesday, September 04, 2007 at Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Medford. He was 89 years of age.
Born in Chelsea, Edward was the loving son of the late James P. Woodlock and Margaret F. (Cronin) Woodlock. Edward was a warm and caring son, husband, father, grandfather and friend. He will be sadly missed.
Edward was a dedicated delivery man for the Boston newspapers. He was a devoted and cherished father and grandfather. Edward was a proud United States Army Veteran, serving our country during World War II. His love for his family went unparalleled. They were first and foremost in his life.
Edward was the beloved husband of the late Hazel (Thistle) Woodlock. He was the devoted father of Elaine Rostrum and her late husband Richard of Reading. Edward was the cherished grandfather of Kim Rostrum and her fiancé Brian Moore of North Reading and the late Scott Rostrum. He was the loving great grandfather of Mackenzi and Thomas Singleton. All Services were private.
