Mrs. J. Audrey (Johnson) Gianetti, 82, of, Franklin, died Friday, August, 31, 2007 at Caritas Norwood Hospital, following a long illness. She was the wife of Zeffro V. Gianetti.
Born in Franklin, September 21, 1924, a daughter of the late Cornelius and Nora (Kelly) Johnson, she was a lifelong town resident. She was educated in local schools, and was a graduate of Franklin High School, class of 1942.
Mrs. Gianetti worked as a secretary for several area companies and institutions including Dean Jr. College, and the Franklin Public School Dept. where she retired from.
Her hobbies and interests included: family, reading and travel.
Surviving in addition to her husband of 49 years is a son: Zeffro P. Gianetti of North Attleboro, a daughter Susan G. Curren of Cumberland, RI, and 4 grandchildren: Michael Gianetti, Noelle, Liam and Elise Curren.
She was also the sister of the late Cornelius “Francis” Johnson, Edward Johnson, J. Gerald Johnson and Mary “May” Giancola.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral Thursday, at 8:15 AM from the Charles F. Oteri & Son, Franklin Funeral Home, 33 Cottage Street, www.franklinfuneral.com with a funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Church, 1 Church Square, Franklin, 9:00 AM. Interment will take place at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne.
