Roland L. Bouchard, 81, of Brook St., Manchester, NH, died Tuesday, December 17, 2002, at the Integrated Health Services in Derry, NH. He was born in Haverhill, MA on November 21, 1921, a son of the late Wilfred and Claire (Dion) Bouchard. He was a resident of Manchester for the past 18 years, formerly living in Derry. Mr. Bouchard was a US Army WWII veteran. He retired from Hadco Printed Circuits in Derry as a mechanical engineer. He enjoyed woodworking, Bingo, the Red Sox, watching war movies and spending time with his family. He was predeceased by his wife, Margaret M. (Flibotte) Bouchard who died in 1999.
He is survived by five daughters, Susan E. Foster of Allenstown, NH, Marlene D. Taylor of Goffstown, NH, Barbara A. Dupont of Derry, Hazel A. Butterfield of Windham, NH, Maureen P. Pendergast of Manchester, one son, James A. Bouchard of Derry, 13 grandchildren, one brother, Robert Bouchard of Zephyr Hills, FL, two sisters, Sylvia Kepple of Seabrook, NH, Florida Wieberdink of Newport News, VA, several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday, December 21st at 10:00 at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Crystal Ave., Derry. The burial will be in the Holy Cross Cemetery in Londonderry, NH in the spring. Friends may call at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry, on Friday from 3 – 7.
