SCHOFIELD- Doris E. (Brown), of Malden, passed away at the Melrose-Wakefield Hospital in Melrose on August 28, 2007. She was 80 years old. She was the beloved wife of the late Harold G. Schofield. Born in Chelsea, MA, she was the daughter of the late Francis and Amelia (Morecroft) Brown. Devoted mother of the late Mark F. Schofield and mother-in-law of Cynthia R. (Butters) Schofield of Malden. Adored grandmother of Kimberly and Harry Schofield of Malden. Dear friend of Barbara Butters of Winthrop. Visiting hours will take place at the Maurice W. Kirby Funeral Home 210 Winthrop St. WINTHROP, on Fri. Aug. 31, from 4-8pm. Rebekah Services by the Past Presidents at 7:30pm. Relatives and friends invited. Interment will take place on Sept. 4, 2007 in the Meredith Village Cemetery, Meredith, N.H. at 11am.
