Worcester—Sharon Elizabeth (Schell) Condon, born May 13, 1961, made her entrance into eternal life August 26, 2007 at 12:08 a.m. She leaves her husband of 21 years, Rev. Daniel J. Condon, Sr. and her two sons, Daniel James, Jr. age 18 and Jon-Michael David, age 15. She was predeceased by her father, Rev. Walter Schell. She leaves her mother, Rev. Elizabeth Schell of Lebanon, PA. and her three brothers, Walter Harry Schell of Winter Haven, FL., David Michael Schell of Lebanon, Ohio, and Jonathan Paul Schell of Concord, NC, 9 nieces and 8 nephews, 9 sisters-in-law and 5 brothers-in-law.
She was a graduate of Carthage High School, Carthage, NY, Jefferson Community College, NY and Zion Bible Institute, Providence, RI. She served faithfully with her husband for 21 years in pastoral ministry. Sharon was a member of First Assembly of God, in Worcester, coordinator of Missionettes and head chef of 59’ers Senior Adult Ministries. She volunteered for Bridge Kids of Central Mass. and Angel Tree Program with Prison Fellowship. Sharon was a daughter, wife, mother, sister and friend. She will be sadly missed by her family, friends and church community.
The viewing hours will be held at First Assembly of God Church at 30 Tyler-Prentice Road in Worcester, MA, Friday, August 31, 2007 at 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. The funeral service will also be held at First Assembly of God, Saturday, September 1, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. Please omit flowers; donations can be made to Children’s Ministries c/o First Assembly of God Church.
