
Thomas Jack Hall, 76, of Tifton died Thursday, November 10, 2005, at Tift Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 12, 2006, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals. Rev. Charles Nichols and Rev. Danny Jones will officiate with burial to follow in Mount Zion Baptist Church Cemetery in Chula. Pallbearers will be Chris Fogarty, David Fogarty, William Fogarty, Joe Eubanks, Henry Nichols and Tommy Conger. Honorary pallbearers will be members of Unity Baptist Church. The family will receive friends on Friday, November 11, 2005, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Mr. Hall was born on February 17, 1929 in Laughman, Florida and was the son of Andrew J. Hall and Maebel Smith Hall, both deceased. He was also preceded in death by three brothers. He was a member of Unity Baptist Church and was retired from the Georgia Department of Transportation. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and lived most of his life in Tift and Colquitt counties.
Mr. Hall is survived by his wife, Faye Evans Hall of Tifton; two daughters and sons-in-law, Christie and Paul Leger of Tifton, and Teresa and Hal McBrayer of Tifton; one brother and sister-in-law, John R. and Joyce Hall of Tifton; two sisters-in-law, Merline Hall of Thomasville and Gladys Hall of Thomasville; and three grandchildren, Keili Jones, Kayla McBrayer and Christopher Leger.
The family will accept flowers, but requests that donations be made to Unity Baptist Church or Hospice of Tiftarea.
