Devoted father of Alexandra Mackey of Winthrop, and step-father of Michael Silck of Winthrop. Brother of John R. Mackey of Winthrop, Timothy F. Mackey and his wife Deborah of Peabody, and Thomas J. Mackey and his wife Karen of Winthrop. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral service in the First Church of Winthrop-United Methodist on Friday at 10am. Relatives and friends invited.
