Obituary

WORCESTER___Stanley C. Parda, 76, of Worcester and Webster died Friday August 10 in his home.

He leaves three brothers, Boleslaw Parda of Worcester; Henry S. Parda of Worcester and Chester Parda of West Boylston; two sisters, Stasia Klewiec of Dudley and Leonora Motyka of Webster; several nephews, nieces, grand nephews and grand nieces. He was born in Lyse Kolno, Bialystok, Poland, a son of Boleslaw W. and Elenora (Kaczmarczyk) Parda and lived here for most of his life.

Mr. Parda was a die sinker and machinist 30 years for Wyman Gordon Co., in North Grafton and retired in 1992. He was also a licensed real estate broker. He graduated from Commerce High School and attended Clark University. Stanley was a member of Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, the Polish Naturalization Independent Club, the Polish National Alliance and the Auburn Sportmans Club.

The funeral will be held on Tuesday August 14 from HENRY – DIRSA FUNERAL HOME, 33 Ward Street, with a Mass at 10:30 a.m. in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 34 Ward Street. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours in the funeral home are Monday August 13 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to VNA Care Network – Hospice, 120 Thomas Street, Worcester, Ma., 01608.
