Jean A. (Spear) Flora, 84, of 53 Lincoln St., Spencer, Ma. died Thursday, Aug. 2 in The Meadows of Leicester.
She was the wife of Vaughn J. Flora who died in 1983. She leaves three
sons Nicholas V. Flora of Colchester, Vt., Arthur M. Flora of Worcester, Ma.
and Richard F. Flora and his wife Marilyn of Plattsburg, N.Y., two daughters
Lois C. Shorten and her husband Brian of Spencer and Betty A. Vozzolo and her husband Daniel of Tolland, Ct., five grand children and three great grandchildren. Mrs. Flora was a clerk for 17 years at the Essex County, N.Y., Dept. of Social Services before retiring in 1980. Born in Willsboro, N.Y., she was the daughter of Raleigh E. and Ada M. (Ferris) Spear and lived there for 64 years, before moving to Spencer in 1986. Private services will be held in Spencer at the convenience of the family.

Memorial Mass will be held at a later date in Willsboro, with burial in Calvary Cemetery. Please omit flowers, contributions may be made to a charity. J.HENRI MORIN
