John I. Logue of Needham died on Monday July 30th. Mr. Logue was a graduate of Boston College High School Class of 1939 and Boston College Class of 1943. A World War II veteran, he was a US Navy pilot. Mr. Logue was a member of Charles River Country Club. He was the husband of Rita (Coleman) Combs Logue and the late Leona M. (Curran) Logue and the beloved father of Marion T. Huard and her husband Robert of Needham, John I Logue Jr. of Braintree, Leona M. Logue-Greene and her husband Derne Portland OR, Daniel F. Logue of Houston TX and Stephanie M. Dewey and her husband Stephen of Needham. Loving grandfather of Nicole, Kathleen and Brendan Huard, Anna and Margaret Greene, Christopher, Kevin and William Dewey. Loving brother of Genevieve Desmond of Scituate, William Logue of So. Dartmouth and the late Margaret Tighe, Charles Logue, Loretta Hiney, A. Emmet Logue and Francis Logue. Funeral from the Eaton Funeral Home 1351 highland Avenue Needham on Friday, August 3rd at 9:00 Am followed by a Funeral Mass in Saint Joseph Church at 10:00 AM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday from 4-8 PM. Interment in St. Joseph Cemetery.
