Barry Arno Griffin, age 70, of Water Valley, MS died at the Yalobusha General Hospital on July 25, 2007. The son of Leonard H. Griffin, Sr. and Lona Bell Tutor Griffin, he was a retired Antique Dealer.
Visitation and funeral services will both be at Seven Oaks Funeral Home on Saturday July 28, 2007. Visitation will start at 2:00 PM and continue until the 3:00 PM service in Henry Chapel. Officiating at the service will be Bro. Fred Eakes and Brother David Ross. Interment will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens with Greg Hughes, Tim Hughes, Chris Hughes, Junior Hughes, Tom Lannon, Marty Griffin and Stan Griffin. Honorary pallbearers are James Eddie Griffin, Nicky Griffin, Shawn Davis and Dr. Joe Walker.
Mr. Griffin is survived by his son Barry Wayne Griffin and wife Debbie of Water Valley, MS; 2 grandchildren, Jennifer (Shaun) Davis and Nicky ( Cindy) Griffin; great grandchildren, Elizabeth and Austin Davis, Atley and Karlee Griffin.
Preceding Mr. Griffin in death in addition to his parents, are; wife Viola "Katie" Griffin (4/22/1994), sisters, Drexell V. Hale and Jimmy Musgrove; brothers, Leonard H. Griffin, Jr and Marcellen Griffin.
