Restrepo, Nieves Graciela (Cano) of Quincy died July 11, 2007. The beloved wife of 43 years to Jorge Restrepo of Quincy. Devoted mother of Alexander Restrepo and his wife Jean and George Restrepo all of Quincy. Daughter of the late Rosario & Segundo Cano. Cherished sister of Isabel, Maria Eva, Esmerelda and Adam-Angel.Devoted Grandmother of April Maria Restrepo of Quincy. Nieves is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON, Saturday at 9 AM.
Funeral Mass in Saint Joseph's Church, Quincy at 10:00 AM.
Visiting hours Friday 2- 4 & 6- 9 PM.
Burial will be private.
Nieves Graciela Cano Restrepo was born in Argentina, Santa Maria Catamarca. She worked as a seamstress for Heritage Flag in Boston for more than 15 years. Nieves was a devoted wife for 43 years to Jorge. She was a loving mother to her 2 sons Alexander & George and a devoted grandmother to her granddaughter April Maria. A loving sister to her 3 sisters Isabel, Maria Eva and Esmerelda and 1 brother Adam Angel. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews. Nieves enjoyed gardening and cooking but the love of her life was her family. They described her as a loving and caring women who always put others first. Her husband Jorge said " she was the best women in the whole world" Nieves will be sadly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
