Francis X. Horgan 72, of 356 Burncoat St. died Tuesday (December 3) in UMASS Memorial Medical Center-University Campus, after an illness.
His wife, Frances Ann (Czechowski) Horgan died in 1984. He leaves two daughters, Patricia A. Packard of Goffstown, NH and Barbara J. Horgan of Auburn, one grandson. He was born in Worcester, son of John and Ellen (Markey) Horgan.
He was an Army Veteran of the Korean War.He was the Chief Fire Alarm Operator for the Worcester Fire Department for 35 years retiring in 1990.
