Cotter, Gail E. (Steele) of Halifax formerly of Plymouth, 64, on July 9th at Life Care Center of Plymouth after a long illness. Survived by her loving son Jeffrey William Cotter and his fiancee Heidi McAndrews of Plymouth, her brothers David Steele of Swansea and Raymond Steele of Wrentham and her sister Dawn Shephard of AZ. She also leaves 4 grandchildren Meaghan Cotter, Sarah Cotter, Kristina McAndrews and Sean Cotter. Mother of the late Todd Micheal Cotter. A funeral service will be held on Friday July 13th at 7 PM at the Richard Davis Funeral Home, 619 State Rd (Rt. 3A), Plymouth (Manomet). Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home from 4 to 7 prior to the service. Burial is private. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Jordan Hospital Cancer Center, 275 Sandwich St, Plymouth, MA 02360.
