WEST BROOKFIELD___Robert P. “Bob” Cote, Sr., 64, of West Brookfield, formerly of Worcester, died Saturday July 7 in St. Vincent Hospital, Worcester.
He leaves his wife of 42 years, Patricia A. (Coleman) Cote, a son, Robert P. Cote, Jr., and his wife Susan of West Brookfield; two brothers, Richard Cote of Auburn and George Cote of Millbury; three sisters, Eileen Murphy of Rochdale; Elizabeth Auclair of Auburn and Doris Lemley in Maryland; four grandchildren, Lynn, Melissa, Anthony and Meaghan, three great-grandchildren, Brennan, Owen and Lilian and nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by two brothers and a sister, Oscar Cote, Edward Cote and Shirley Duncan. He was born and raised in Worcester, a son of Oscar T. and Loretta C. (Brown) Cote and has lived in West Brookfield for four years.
Mr. Cote was a truck driver for Felters Corp in Millbury and worked there 25 years before retiring. He was a fan of the Boston Red Sox.
The funeral will be held on Tuesday July 10 from DIRSA-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton Street, Worcester with a Mass at 11:00 a.m. in Our Lady of the Angels Church, 1222 Main Street, Worcester. Burial will be private. Calling hours in the funeral home are Monday July 9 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
