FALL RIVER … Elizabeth C. (Cash) Golliff Marchand, 86, of Fall River died Tuesday, July 3, 2007 after a brief illness.
She was the widow of William Golliff and Joseph Marchand.
She died at Catholic Memorial Home, Fall River.
She was born in Dighton a daughter of the late Frank and Carrie (Gaspar) Cash and had lived in Fall River most of her life and had lived in both Dighton and Westport as well.
She was a communicant of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Church, Thomas Street, Fall River.
She was a homemaker and was the owner of the former Modern Lunch.
Mrs. Marchand volunteered at the St. Vincent DePaul Store for 10 years, enjoyed crocheting, and spending time with her family.
Survivors include a daughter Ann Marchand of Westport, 3 sons: William Golliff of South Yarmouth, F. Robert Golliff of Yarmouth, and Allan Marchand of Tiverton, 12 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was the grandmother of the late Kathy Robbins and sister of the late Frank “Buddy” Cash, John Cash, and Ella Spratt.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Saturday at 9 AM from the SOUTH COAST FUNERAL HOME, 1555 Pleasant Street followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM at Notre Dame de Lourdes Church, 529 Eastern Ave., Fall River.
