Raymond P. Belanger, of Woburn passed away suddenly at his home on July 1, 2007, he was the husband of Barbara (Dwyer).
Born in Lowell seventy-five years ago, he was the son of the late Alice (Lecours) and Albert J. Belanger. Ray worked for many years at Stone and Webster engineering before his retirement, He and Barbara have been residents of Woburn for over forty-nine years and have enjoyed being active in St. Barbara´s Parish and volunteering his time St. Vincent DePaul food Pantry.
Surviving in addition to his wife Barbara are three sons; Kevin W., Paul P., and David S. Belanger, He was the father in law of Janet, Gay, and Laura Belanger, the loving grandfather of Samantha, Michael, Robert, Matthew and Marianna. Also four nieces and his sister in law Mary Elizabet Patterson.
His funeral will be held from the McLaughlin - Dello Russo Funeral Home, 60 Pleasant St. Woburn, on Thursday, July 5, at 9 a.m., followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Barbara Church, Cambridge Rd. Woburn at 10. Services will conclude with burial at Woodbrook Cemetery, Woburn.
Relatives and friends may visit at the funeral home on Tuesday, July 3, from 4 thru 8.
