Claire D. Griffin
MANCHESTER:Claire D. Griffin, 80, died July 2, 2007 at the Catholic Medical Center following a long illness.
She was born in Manchester on May 21, 1927 the daughter of Philippe and Rose Anna (Breton) Grenier and had been a lifelong resident of this city.
Prior to her retirement she was employed by the Ducharme Nursing Home.
She liked working on crafts and enjoyed Bingo.
She was the widow of Richard Griffin.
Members of her family include one daughter Diane Beaupre of Manchester, 3 grandchildren and 5 greatgrandchildren. Several nieces and nephews.
SERVICES:Calling hours will be Thursday from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 at the J.N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home, 110 Bridge St.
A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Friday at 9:30 in Ste. Marie Church. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
