Funeral from the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Thursday at 10am. Funeral mass in St. Ann’s Church, W. Bridgewater at 11am. Burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visiting Hours Wednesday 4-7pm.

Frederick R. “Ted” Cournoyer, 59 years, died Friday evening from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. Born and raised in Brockton, a son of Frederick J. and Freda M. (Hudson) Cournoyer, he had been a lifelong resident of Brockton until moving to Raynham. Ted was a graduate of Brockton High School and received his Associates degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University. He was a Navy veteran who was stationed aboard the US Essex. At the time of his death he was employed by Wackenhut Security and was working at Bank of America in Dorchester. He enjoyed boating, his motorcycles and was a member of a local gun club.
He is survived by his parents Frederick J. and Freda M. (Hudson) Cournoyer of West Bridgewater, one brother Jeffrey G. Cournoyer, of Florida, two sisters Janet M. Fuchs of Florida and Nancy J. Bilunas of Lakeville, several nieces, nephews, cousins aunts and uncles.
