Rose A. Roy 97, of 303 Rhodes Ave. died Friday in the Friendly Home. She was the wife of the late Raoul Roy. Mrs. Roy was born in Woonsocket a daughter of the late George and Florina (Bibeau) Mathieu. Mrs. Roy was a homemaker. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late George, Bertrand, Emile, Harris, and Leo Roy, and Lena Trinque.
Her funeral will be held Tuesday at 9:00 am. from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 99 Cumberland St. with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am. in St. Joseph’s Church, Mendon Rd. Woonsocket. Burial will be held in Precious Blood Cemetery in Woonsocket. Visiting hours are Tuesday 9-10 am.
