Devoted mother of Victoria Ann, Deanna Maria, Stephanie Elena, Deborah Leigh. Daughter of the late Peter and Diamando Eliopoulos (Ladopoulos) of Lagadia, Greece. Sister of Stella Kokinacis, Sophia, Christine, Ethell, and Helen Eliopoulos, Despena Zouzas, Regina Dabilis, Daniel, George, Dr. John, and Michael Eliopoulos, and late Angelo Eliopoulos and aunt of twenty five nieces and nephews.
Evelyn was born in Salem, MA raised in Lowell, MA was a Carney Medal Scholar, a graduate of Boston University School of Journalism, and was Personnel Director of CBS Hytron.
Funeral from the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 477 Washington St. in WELLESLEY at 10 AM on Saturday, June 23rd. Funeral Service at 11 AM at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, 57 Brown St. in Weston. Relatives and friends are invited. Visiting hours on Friday 5-8 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Dana-Farber Cancer Center, P.O. Box 970025, Boston, MA 02297. Interment at Forest Hills Cemetery, Jamaica Plain.
