Lawrence, MA – Irene M. (Couture) Reynolds, 74, died Friday June 15, 2007 at the family residence.
Born in Lawrence, October 22, 1932 the daughter of Omer J. & Marie (Trepanier) Couture, Mrs. Reynolds was educated in Lawrence.
For many years she was the owner of the Red Fox Restaurent in Methuen and had also been employed as a solderer and assembler with Multi Lab’s.
Irene was a longtime communicant of Saint Patrick’s Church in South Lawrence, and according to her family she enjoyed cooking and baking.
A lifelong resident of Lawrence she was the widow of Charles Reynolds, SR.
Survivors include Children: Deborah Brown and her fiancé Theodore Price of Lawrence, Charles Reynolds, Jr. also of Lawrence and daughter Charlene Reynolds of Methuen, 2 sisters Dorothy Paquette, and Ferdinande Palmer, and 1brother Roger Couture, 6 grandchildren, 7 greatgrandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Irene was predeceased by a son Steven Reynolds.
A funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday morning at 10:30 in Saint Patrick’s Church with interment to follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Lawrence.
Friends may call on Monday from 4-8 P.M. at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, Inc. 233 Lawrence Street in Methuen.
