Obituary

LOWELL—Raymond E. Daniels, 83 years old, a longtime resident of Lowell, died Wednesday evening, June 13th at his home in Lowell. He was the husband of the late Priscilla (LaMountain) Daniels.

He was born in Detroit, Michigan, on June 22, 1923, a son of the late Fay E. and Teresa (Durkin) Daniels, and was a graduate of the Lowell Public School System.

Mr. Daniels served in the United States Army during World War II. Upon his discharge, he had been employed as an Electro-typist by the Courier Citizen Company, for over 30 years. He was a communicant of the Immaculate Conception Church and held membership in the Long Meadow Golf Club.

Surviving him is a son: Richard Daniels, of Lowell; four grandsons: Thomas Bouley, of Lowell, Scott Bouley, of Lowell; Timothy Bouley, of Lowell; and Shawn Bouley, of Dracut; seven grandchildren: Kylie, Scott, Alyssa, Timothy, Jack, Shawn, and Joshua.

He was the father of the late: Joan T. Bouley, who died in March of 2006.

Friends may call from 2 to 6 PM on Sunday, June 17th at the MAHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 187 Nesmith Street, (Rte. 38), Lowell. His Funeral Mass to be offered on Monday, June 18th at 9 AM at the IMMACULATE CONCEPTION CHURCH, Lowell. Cremation to follow.
