Madeline L. Rebello, 72, of Hyannis died Monday Noveber 25, 2002 at Cape Cod Hospital after a brief illness. She was the daughter of the late Manuel and Marian (Lemos) Rebello.
Born in New Bedford, she lived in Hyannis for many years. She was a graduate of Fairhaven High School.
Miss Rebello was formerly employed as a secretary for the U.S. State Department in Washington, D.C. until her retirement.
Survivors include a sister, Natalie Hurley of Fairhaven; 2 brothers, Harvey Rebello of Mechanicsville, Virginia, and Gilbert Rebello of Long Beach, California; 2 half-brothers, Ray Faria of Cape Cod and Perry Faria of Virginia; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Saunders-Dwyer Mattapoisett Home for Funerals, 50 County Rd., Route 6, Mattapoisett Saturday November 30, 2002 at 10 AM.Funeral Mass at St. Anthony's Church at 11 AM.Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting hours will be on Friday November 29, 2002 from 4-7 PM. Burial will be in St. Anthony's Cemetery.
