McCormick, Richard J. of Quincy June 12, 2007. Son of the late Richard P. & Dorothy M. (Clifford) McCormick. Brother of Eileen P. MacLeod of Pocasset and the late Dorothy M. DaRois. Longtime Companion of Mary Ellen Walsh of Milton. Richard is also survived by 1 niece and 4 nephews.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON, Friday at 9 AM.
Funeral Mass in Saint Ann's Church, Wollaston at 10 AM.
Visiting hours Thursday 5- 7 PM.
Burial in Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne at 2:45pm.

At Bourne Bridge, go around the rotary and go south on Rte. 28 (also called McArthur's Blvd.) Go approx. 1-1/2 miles
and take a right on to Clay Pond Road at Mobil Station. Go Approx. 1/2 mile and take a left on to Valley Bars Road. Go
approx 1/4 mile and the hall in on the right. Drive around back and go downstairs. Lunch 12:15 - 2:15 pm. Service at
National cemetery following at 2:45 pm.
Richard J. McCormick was raised in Quincy, He graduated from North Quincy High School Class of 1969. Richard served in the United States Army from 1969 until 1971.Richard received a purple heart for his service. He was a former employee of the City of Boston for many years. Richard was a lifetime member of the Nickerson Post # 382 - American Legion as well as the DAV in North Quincy.
