Lois I. (Malanson) Locke of Needham died on Sunday, June 10th at Avery Manor in Needham. She was 98 years old. Born in Boston, Mrs. Locke was a longtime resident of Needham. She worked as a legal secretary for Kenway and Jenney in Boston for over 25 years until she retired. Mrs. Locke was a member of Newton Upper Falls Women’s Club. The beloved wife of the late John F. Locke and sister of the late George Malanson, Lois is survived by her friend Anne Brennan of Needham. A Funeral Service will be held at the Eaton Funeral Home 1351 Highland Needham on Thursday June 14 at 11:00 AM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visitation will be held Thursday morning from 10:00 to 11:00 AM prior to the service. Interment at Needham Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations in Lois’ name may be made to Children’s Hospital 300 Longwood Ave Boston MA 02115.
