WORCESTER-Paul J. McDonough, 84, of 39 Queen Street, died Thursday, June 7th in St. Mary’s Healthcare Center. He is survived by a brother, Thomas F. McDonough of Springfield; and many nephews and nieces.
He was born in Worcester, the son of John F. and Nellie (Cahill) McDonough. Mr. McDonough owned several area gas stations where he worked as a mechanic. He was a WWII U.S. Army veteran.
The funeral is Monday, June 11th from O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue with a Mass at 10:00 AM in St. Paul’s Cathedral, 15 Chatham Street. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. A calling hour will be held from 8:30 until 9:30 the morning of the funeral in the funeral home.
