WORCESTER-Rita I. (Cartier) Flodman, 94, of 49 Pleasant Valley Drive died Sunday, November 24 in the Odd Fellows Home. Her husband of 27 years, Carl E. Flodman died in 1972. She leaves a daughter, Carleen R. Mantalvanos of Worcester; a sister, Edna Crahan of Worcester; a grandson, Nicolas V. Mantalvanos of Virginia; a granddaughter, Stefanie S. Mantalvanos of Worcester; and several nephews.
She was born in Spencer the daughter of Adelard and Onalda (Desautels) Cartier and lived in Worcester for most of her life. She graduated from Becker Junior College. Mrs. Flodman was a bookkeeper for many years before retiring. She was a member of St. Joan of Arc Church.
