Richard R. Bergeron, 66, of Hooksett, NH, formerly of Goffstown, died June 4, 2007 at his residence after a lengthy illness.
Born in Manchester on August 29, 1940, he was the son of Albert and Clara (St. Gelais) Bergeron. He was educated in the local school system and graduated from Manchester High School Central.
Prior to retirement, he worked as the press room superintendent for the Union Leader Corporation.
Richard loved to golf, hunt, fish, and sail. He was predeceased by his wife, Anita Sue (Brien) Bergeron in 2006.
Family includes three sons, Craig Bergeron of Manchester, Curtis Bergeron of Hooksett, and Cory Bergeron of Manchester; eight grandchildren; two brothers, Roland Bergeron of Goffstown and Robert Bergeron of Hooksett; one nephew, BJ; three nieces, Kelly, Christine, and Melissa.
The funeral service was Saturday June 9, 2007 in the funeral home chapel.
