SHREWSBURY-Patricia J. (Costas) Curry, 47, of 45 Francis Avenue, died Tuesday, November 19 in the UMass Memorial Medical Center-University Campus, Worcester after an illness.
She leaves her mother, Lucy (Sisoian) Costas; a brother, James J. Costas of Atlanta, GA; three sisters, Kathryn A. Carton and Susan H. Baker both of Worcester and Pamela M. Altenborg of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. and four nephews.
She was born in Worcester, the daughter of the late George E. Costas and was raised in Shrewsbury. She lived many years in Florida before returning here in 2001. She graduated from Shrewsbury High School.
Ms. Curry worked as a waitress in Florida for many years.
Her funeral will be held on Monday, November 25 at 10 AM in St. Mary's Church, 640 Main Street, Shrewsbury.. Burial of cremains will follow in Mountain View Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice in Patty's memory.
