Lorraine Silva, 82, of Kendall Pond Rd., Londonderry, NH, died Friday, November 22, 2002 at the Parkland Medical Center in Derry, NH. She was born in Woburn, MA on May 27, 1920, a daughter of the late William H. and Sadie E. (Peabody) Boutwell. She was a resident of Londonderry for the past 24 years, formerly living in Stoneham, MA. She was a WWII Air Force Veteran. Mrs. Silva had been employed as a wirewrapper for Datacon in Burlington, MA for over 25 years. She was active in the Senior Citizens in Derry and Londonderry. She enjoyed traveling, bowling, Bingo and trips to Foxwoods. She was the widow of Albert J. Silva who died in 1990.
She is survived by two daughters, Amber D. McMahon of Londonderry, Judith A. Muise of Raymond, NH, seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren, one sister, Norma Nicolazzo of Stoneham, MA, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Frances P. Silva who died in 2001.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 26th at 11:00 at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry. The burial will follow in the Forest Hill Cemetery in East Derry. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday, November 25th from 7 – 9.
