SPENCER: Irene P. (Lamothe) Fuller, 88 , of Howe Village, died Saturday,
June 2 at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester.
She was the wife of Frederick W. Fuller who died in 1981. She leaves a
daughter Linda J. Lavigne and her fiancé Eddy Stein of Webster, her son in
law Raymond Lavigne of E.Brookfield, a brother Emile Lamothe of
No.Brookfield, two grand daughters Lisa M. Barrows and her husband Matthew
and Wendy A. Pelchat and her husband Norman, Jr. and a great grand daughter
"the love of her life" Makenna Barrows all of Spencer. She is predeceased by
10 brothers and sisters.
Mrs. Fuller worked as a welder for American Optical Co. in Southbridge for
many years, retiring in 1980.
She was a member of the Golden Age Club of Spencer, Howe Village Social
Club, Our Lady of the Rosary Church and was a 23 year volunteer for the
Tri-Valley "Meals on Wheels" Program in Spencer. She was an avid Red Sox
Fan.
Born in Spencer, she was the daughter of Charles and Marie (King) Lamothe.
The funeral will be held on Monday, June 4 from the J.HENRI MORIN & SON
FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer with a Mass at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of
the Rosary Church, 7 Church St., Spencer. Burial will follow in Worcester
County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours are Sunday, June 3 from 3 to
5p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Tri-Valley Elder
Services, 251 Main St., Webster, Ma. 01570.
