Betty L. Coleman, 88, of Tifton, died Wednesday, May 30 at Tift Health Care in Tifton, Georgia.
Funeral services will be held 11 A.M., Saturday, June 2, at The Paulk Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Joseph Crumley, Rev. Ricky Revels and Rev. Larry Daughtry officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Fitzgerald. The family will receive friends from 7 until 9 Friday evening at the funeral home.
Mrs. Coleman was born August 30, 1918, in Coffee County, to the late Edward J. and Ada Lelia Mae Davis Carelock. She was a homemaker and lived in Tifton since 2001 from Fitzgerald. Mrs. Coleman was a member of Deerwood Fellowship Church.
Mrs. Coleman is survived by her daughters & sons-in-law, Glenda & Frank Walker of Cochran and Ann & Mike Gill of Tifton; 2 grandchildren, Tammy & Gary Mays of Leesburg and Creig Coleman of Fitzgerald, 5 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Theron Coleman and a son, Donnie Coleman.
