Daniels, Jeannette (nee) Singleton age 77 of Englewood formerly of South Carolina died Wednesday, May 27, 2007. Beloved wife of the late Harold “Danny” Daniels. Devoted mother of Rosalind Byrd, Harold Daniels, Jr. and his fiancée LeeAnn. Dear sister of Lila Bailey, Morris Singleton, Jr., Ramona Basco, and Richard Singleton. Loving grandmother of Jeannine Byrd, Jared Byrd, Andre Daniels, Shaun Daniels, Thelonious Daniels “Theo”, Robin Daniels, and Tonece Daniels “Shay”. Cherished great-grandmother of Corey Martin-Byrd and Kayla Lutz-Daniels. Also survived by her beloved Aunt Mary Davis. Jeannette was a lifelong member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Englewood. She was a dietician aid at the Rockland Psyche State Hospital before entering her career as an Electronics Technician at ESC in Cliffside Park where she worked for over 30 years. She also served as a Nurses Health Aide throughout Bergen County. Jeannette was an active member of the Democratic Party, the Board of Elections, The Urban League and the Englewood PTA. Funeral service Thursday, 10AM from the Volk Leber Funeral Home, 789 Teaneck Rd., Teaneck then to St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, Englewood for an 11AM funeral service. Interment to follow at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus. Family and friends are invited to visit Wednesday, 2-4 & 7-9PM
