In Taunton, May 24, 2007 David P. Hayes Sr. died after a lengthy illness at age 94. Husband of Priscella A. (Kelly) Hayes. Residence Dean St. in Taunton formerly of South Walker St. Father of David P. Hayes Jr. of New Bedford, Kevin M. Hayes of Centerville, Timothy B. Hayes of Lake Worth, FL., Joseph N. Hayes of Falmouth, Helen A. Lovern of Durham, N.C., Priscella A. Duarte of North Dighton and Mary A. Preston of Taunton. Grandfather of sixteen and Great Grandfather of five. David was the last of eight siblings and is also survived by several neices and nephews. Funeral from the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St. in Taunton on Tuesday, May 29th at 10am. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary’s Church in Taunton at 11am. Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours on Monday from 4-7pm. Interment in the family lot in St. Francis Cemetery in Taunton.
