Bernice Prescott Redwine,age 87, died May 22, 2007 at Graceland Care Center of Oxford, MS. She was a retired nurse for Campbell’s Clinic in Memphis, TN and a member of Bethel Baptist Church of Water Valley.
Visitation will be held at Seven Oaks Funeral Home beginning at 12:30 PM on Friday, May 25, 2007 and continuing up until service time of 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Brother Stan Hulsey will conduct the service and interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
Surviving Mrs. Redwine are; one sister,Laverne Dunn of Maryland; her two step-children, Dianne Morris of Forest, MS and Gary Redwine of Water Valley, MS. She leaves seven grandchildren; Todd Redwine, Miranda Redwine Anderson, Mark Redwine, Brent Redwine, Cathy Hulsey, Robert Morris and Belinda Eaton. She also leaves twelve great grandchildren.
Preceding Bernice in death were; husband, Doyle Freeman Redwine (10-31-2001) Parents; J. T. Prescott and Senie Van Winkle Prescott; brothers, Elton, Herman and James Prescott; sisters, Carlene White, Ila Mae Moore, Sue Miller and Lucille Gibson; step-son, Roy Lee Redwine, step-daughter, Linda Redwine Moore; granddaughter, Kim Redwine Cushman and one great grandson, Anthony Brandon Cushman.
