Dorothy M. Ricci, passed away at the University of Massachusetts Hospital in Worcester, the wife of Michael A. Ricci she was 81 Years old.
Born in Boston she was the daughter of the late Malverina (DeAngelis) and Henry Manfra. She was a Medford resident before moving to Milford some 32 years ago.
Dorothy worked for many years for the Milford Daily News before her retirement. She was a avid amateur golfer, winning a number of trophys and tournaments and enjoyed her membership at the Hopedale Country Club.
Surviving in addition to her husband Michael are three sisters, Gloria DelPo of Milford, Rita McMahon of Arlington and Malverina “Chickie” Myles of Medford, She was predeceased by her brother Henry R. Manfra. Also many nieces and nephews and two loving sister in laws, Phyllis and Mary Ricci both of East Boston.Her funeral will be held form the Dello Russo Funeral Home 306 Main St. Medford on Friday, November 22, at 10 a.m., followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church 118 High St. Medford at 11.Relatives and friends are respectfull invited to attend.
