Hendi, Nassif Ch., age 92 of New Milford died Tuesday, May 15, 2007. Beloved husband of Teresa Luisa (nee) Antonio. Devoted father of Louis Hendi and his wife Lise, Diana Haddad and her husband Alain, Daniel Hendi and his wife Lisa. Loving grandfather of 7 grandchildren. Nassif was the owner and operator of New Milford Shoe Service for over 20 years. Earlier in his life he proudly served in the French Foreign Legion. Funeral service Saturday, 9:30AM from the Volk Leber Funeral Home, 268 Kinderkamack Rd., Oradell then to the Assyrian Orthodox Church of the Virgin Mary for a 10:30 AM service. Entombment to follow at Garden of Memories Mausoleum. Family and friends are invited to visit Friday 2-4 & 7-9PM.
