Obituary

William A. Pisani, 60 of Franklin died May 15 in the Milford Regional Medical Center.
Born in Milford July 31, 1946 the son of the late Anthony and Pearl (Cote) Pisani, Mr. Pisani was a lifelong Franklin resident.
A Franklin high School graduate, Mr. Pisani had been a buyer for Core Concepts for several years. He had previously worked in the maintenance department at Data General.
Mr. Pisani served in the Army in Viet Nam, where he was wounded. He had been a private and was awarded the Purple Heart, the Republic of Viet Nam Campaign Medal and Viet Nam Service Medal.
He was a member of the Disabled American Veterans organization.
He is survived by his brothers Rodney Pisani of Franklin, Robert Pisani of Franklin, Kenneth Pisani of Franklin and Norman Pisani of Franklin, his sisters Claire Santagata of Warwick, RI, Toni Celemme of Warwick, RI and Rae Astbury of Maine.
He was the brother of the late Ronald Pisani, Eileen Dangelo and Sandra Hosford. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
His funeral service will be held on Friday May 18 in the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne at 11:30a.m.
Calling hours will be on Thursday from 6-8 p.m. in the Ginley Funeral Home of Franklin (www.ginleyfuneralhomes.com) 131 Main St. in Franklin.
