Theresa Frances (Mazza) Laffey
Formerly of Brighton, Allston and Cambridge in New Berlin WI, May 13, 2007. Beloved wife of the late William Laffey. Devoted mother of William J. Laffey and his wife Ellen of New Berlin, WI. Daughter of the late Samuel and Mary (Harrington) Mazza. Sister of Josephine Ryan and her husband John of Waltham, and the late Rosemary D'Amodio, Marguerite Mazza and Joan Mitton. Grandmother of William E. Laffey and his wife Mary of Marquette MI, Karen Laffey of Centerville VA and Michael Laffey of New Berlin WI. Great-grandmother of Caitlin, Brian, Colin and Abigail Laffey all of Marquette MI. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews in Massachusetts, Florida and New Jersey.
Funeral from the Lehman & Reen Funeral Home Friday May 18th at 8 am. Funeral Mass in St. Columbkille Church, 321 Market St, Brighton at 9 am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours Thursday May 17th from 4-8 pm. Interment Mass National Cemetery, Bourne At 12:45PM.
Mrs. Laffey was a graduate of Cambridge High and Latin School and was employed as executive secretary at E.T. Slattery and Boston University.
