George H. Graff, 94 of Windham, NH and Boston, MA died May 11, 2007 in the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston. Mr. Graff was born in Hartford, CT on May 18, 1912 a son of the late Mary Ann Hazelden. He had resided in Windham since 1941 and also maintained a residence in Boston for many years. He was a graduate of M.I.T. in Cambridge, MA. He loved animals and supported many animal shelters.
He is survived by his longtime companion and dear friend, Victor P. Vacca of Windham and Boston, also several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. He was predeceased by his brother, Philip Graff and also by his dear friend Robert A. Weigt.
Following cremation, memorial services will be private. Remembrances may be made in George’s memory to the MSPCA at Nevin’s Farm, 400 Broadway, Methuen, MA 01844-2052. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, Derry, NH is handling arrangements.
