Funeral from the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Wednesday at 10am, with a Graveside Service in Calvary Cemetery at 11am. Obituary Information
Mr. Forcina died Sunday at his home after a period of failing health. Born in Bronx, NY, he was the son of the late Anthony and Anna Maria (Biagiotti) Forcina. He was raised and educated in New York. A veteran of WWII, he served in the United States Coast Guard. He had been a resident of Brockton for 50 years. He was employed as a manager by Fernandes Supermarkets for over 25 years, and retired from the South Easton Post Office, of which he had been employed for 10 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren.
Mr. Forcina is survived by his two sons, John A. Forcina of Framingham, and Joseph Forcina, Jr. of South Easton, his daughter A Maria Spiegel of South Easton, 6 grandchildren, several nephews, and two sisters Madeline Keil of Bronx, NY and Jessie Marciano of White Stone Flushing, NY. He was the husband of the late Paula G. (Lemasa) Forcina.
