Cherished grandmother of Andrea and Richard Dwyer and Michael and Ann Marie Fransen. Former wife of the late Carl G. Fransen. Sister in law of Anna Spies and her late husband Frederick of Stoneham, Helen Osborne and her late husband Robert of New York and the late Oscar and Ebba Fransen and Olga and Al Cashton. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral Service in the Carroll Funeral Home, 721 Salem Street, (Maplewood Square) MALDEN on Thursday morning, May 17th at 10 AM. Visiting hours in the Carroll Funeral Home on Wednesday from 4-8 PM. Services will conclude with interment at Forestdale Cemetery, Malden.
Born in London, England, Florence at 85 years of age, passed away at the Lawrence Memorial Hospital early Monday morning. Florence came to the United States with her husband who was a member of the United States Air Force. She herself served in the British women's military force/ATS. A long time resident of 630 Salem Street, she was presently receiving supportive care at the Dexter House Nursing Home.
