Henry Hudson, 77, of Warner Robins, formerly of Ocilla, died May 11, in Perry, Georgia.
Funeral services will be held 11 A.M., Tuesday, May 15, at the Paulk Funeral Home Chapel in Ocilla. Interment will follow in the Ocilla Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 Monday evening at the funeral home in Ocilla.
Mr. Hudson was born November 14, 1929 in Ocilla, to the late William Newt Hudson and Bessie Willingham Hudson. He lived most of his life in Ocilla, in 2001 moved to Warner Robins. He was a motor grader operator and worked in road construction for Ross of Georgia from which he retired after 30 years. He was also an avid gardener.
Mr. Hudson is survived by his son, Danny Hudson (Kendra) of Warner Robins; grandchildren, Melissa Hudson of Maxwell, Garrison Hudson and Marley Hudson; four great grandchildren; sister, Martha McCook of Ocilla; special nieces Nelda Herod Vigneri, Pat Herod Lupo and Annette Hudson Paulk of Ocilla, and a number of other nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Melissa Clements Hudson.
