“Auntie” Elsie H. (Parent) Finnegan age 94 of Salem, NH, died Saturday at Salemhaven Nursing Home, Salem, NH.
She was born in Lawrence, MA, where she grew up and attended schools. She moved to Salem, NH in 1957 and has been a resident ever since.
Auntie Elsie worked for various shoe shops in Haverhill, MA and Salem, NH. She was a member of St. Matthew Church in Windham, NH. She enjoyed painting and was a wonderful artist.
She was predeceased by her parents Ernest & Emily (Michaud) Parent, and 9 siblings.
She is survived by her beloved Nephew George Laverriere of Salem, NH

A funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, May 15 at 10 AM at St. Matthew Church, Windham, NH. Burial will follow in Elmwood, Cemetery, Methuen, MA.
Calling hours will be held Monday, May 14 from 4-8 PM at the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St, Salem, NH.
