ORANGE CITY, FL: Charles R. “Chuck” Patzke, age 43, a resident of Deltona, FL for the past 5 years, died Tuesday, May 8, 2007 in Orange City.
He was the husband of Katherine V. (Hadley) Patzke, with whom he celebrated their 15th wedding anniversary on February 1st.
Born in Cambridge, MA on November 8, 1963, he was the son of Charles F. and Patricia (Carey) Patzke, who survive him of Lady Lake, FL.
He was raised in Tewksbury, MA, attended Tewksbury schools and graduated from Tewksbury Memorial High School in 1981.
For the past five years, Mr. Patzke co-owned and operated a Filter Fresh Coffee franchise in Orlando, FL.
He resided in Tewksbury and Billerica until moving to Florida in 2002.
According to his family, he enjoyed restoring his 1967 Ford Mustang, boating, motorcycles, music and collecting NASCAR Auto Racing miniatures.
In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by two daughters, Annmarie S. Hadley of Tewksbury and Emma Louise Patzke of Deltona, FL; one sister, Susan Hurrell of Londonderry, NH; his mother-in-law and father-in-law; Ann and Richard Hadley of Tewksbury; also many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
Calling hours Wednesday, May 16th, from 4-8 p.m., at the Farmer & Dee Funeral Home, 16 Lee St., Tewksbury. Funeral Thursday, May 17th, at 9 a.m., from the funeral home, followed by his Funeral Service at 10 a.m. the Tewksbury United Methodist Church, Cor. of Main & South St.., Rte., 38, Tewksbury. Interment at Tewksbury Cemetery.
