
GLOUCESTER: Dana A. Pinkham, 40, of 33 Cherry Street died unexpectedly on Saturday, May 5, 2007, in Middleton.
Born in Gloucester on June 30, 1966, he was the beloved son of Nancy C. (Whitmarsh) Lafond and the late Kenneth H. Pinkham. He was a lifelong resident and attended Gloucester public schools.
He was employed as a silkscreen printer for many years at Cyrk, Oxford Graphics and Salem Screen Printers. Dana was a hard worker and took pride in doing his job well.
He enjoyed spending time with his daughter and his nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his loving daughter, Kayla M. Pinkham, his stepfather, William R. Lafond, his stepmother, Erika (Hoch) Pinkham, two brothers and sisters-in-law, Scott and Bonnie (Williams) Pinkham and Steven and Sharon (Curley) Pinkham, several stepbrothers and stepsisters including, Wayne, husband of Wendy (Pecunies) Lafond, his godmother, Eleanor Havener, his uncle and godfather, Bruce Hamilton, and among many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins, he leaves a special aunt, Laura Ball.
His funeral service will be held on Thursday morning in the Pike-Grondin Funeral Home, 61 Middle Street, Gloucester at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend. There are no visiting hours. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to the family c/o Nancy C. Lafond, 33 Cherry St., Gloucester, MA 01930. Interment will be held in the Beechbrook Cemetery.
