Mrs. Kathleen M. Palmertree, age 83 of Water Valley, MS, passed away May 5, 2007 at the Yalobusha County Nursing Home in Water Valley. Mrs. Palmertree retired from Burden Nursing Home in Water Valley. She was a Baptist, a homemaker and spent her time caring for her family.
Visitation will be held at Seven Oaks Funeral Home on Monday evening May 7, 2007 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home at 2:00 pm Tuesday, May 8, 2007 with Reverend Kenneth Izzard officiating. Interment will follow in Orwood Cemetery in Lafayette County,MS.
Survivors include; daughter, Mary Dickey of Winfield, AL; sons, Curtis Palmertree of Water Valley, MS, Joe Palmertree of Greenville, MS and Arthur Palmertree of Carrolton, MS; brother, Carl Perry of Austin TX; six grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
Preceding Mrs. Palmertree in death were her parents, Jesse A. and Eula Karr Perry and a son, Bobby Ray Bowles.
