MULKERN, Norma (Govoni)- Of Chelsea, May 4th. Wife of the late William J. Mulkern. Mother of Norma Talbot of Abington and William J. Mulkern, Jr. of Everett. Sister of the late Maria "Evelyn" Francis, Rose Tynan, John and George Govoni. Grandmother of Sean Talbot of Abington. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral from the Smith Funeral Home, 125 Washington Avenue, CHELSEA on Tuesday morning, May 8th at 8 AM followed by a Funeral Mass celebrated in Our Lady of Grace Church, 59 Nichols Street, CHELSEA at 9 o'clock. Visiting Hours in the Smith Funeral Home on Monday from 4-8 PM. Services will conclude with interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden. Norma, afflicted with Alzheimer's disease, lived her final years with grace and dignity through the loving care of the dedicated staff at the Cohen-Florence-Levine Estates, Admirals's Hill, Chelsea.
