WORCESTER - Mary (Shenette) Lavallee, 65, of 208 Pilgrim Ave. formerly of Canterbury Street died Thursday, November 14 in Worcester Medical Center after an illness.
Her husband Henry Lavallee died in May 2001. She leaves a brother, Francis Shenette of Oxford; four sisters, Rita Picard of Thompson, CT, Theresa Dubour of Westboro, Margaret Stewart of Nevada and Barbara Garceau of Worcester with whom she lived; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and great great nieces and nephews. She was born in Worcester daughter of Joseph and Lillian (Tatro) Shenette.
Mrs. Lavallee worked for Betatherme Company in Shrewsbury as an inspector for many years. She was a professional shopper and loved arts and crafts.
Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, November 20 at 1 PM in Notre Dame Mausoleum. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours are Sunday, November 17 from 6 to 8 PM in the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home (www.Royfuneral.com) 12 Hammond Street.
